Riverside Arts Council

The Riverside Arts Council is a private, non-profit corporation whose mission is "to provide, develop, support and sustain the arts." Established in 1977, it is Riverside County's central source for arts services, information, education and outreach. Artists, arts organizations, schools, government agencies and community groups benefit from these services. The Arts Council encourages the advancement, participation and integration of visual and performing arts into the fabric of the communities it serves, promoting these elements as essential to the economic and social development of Riverside County. Programs range from regranting, arts education, technical assistance and networking to neighborhood revitalization, outreach and collaborative projects that proactively address community changes.
