Ballet Folklorico de Riverside

Ballet Folklorico de Riverside is an organization founded in 1977 with a small group of 12 children and has progressively grown to include over 100 dancers within its current members. The dancers perform on a voluntary basis and the organization functions with a modest staff, numerous costumes and dances of Mexico with its audience all year. Through the course of 27 years, our dance group has become a role model for the community and has created yearly programs that the community has grown to depend on. Our goal is to preserve Mexican culture and continue to provide our communities with educational programs to motivate our youth. In addition, we assist them in striving to be involved in positive culture that is being shared with this traditional dance.
