UCR/California Museum of Photography

UCR/California Museum of Photography, a facility of the University of California, Riverside, promotes understanding of photography and related media through collection, research, exhibition, and instruction. The museum is vitally concerned with the intersection of photography, new imaging media, and society. It is UCR/CMP’s goal to empower its audience with an understanding of the critical role of photography and related media in shaping both society and the daily lives of individuals. UCR/CMP is committed to bringing the most challenging art to the widest possible audience.
