Take a walk through Riverside's Chinatown past. Join Art as a Vehicle to Understand Land Use Planning and Sustainability (Art VULUPS) and the Riverside Metropolitan Museum for a stunning art installation event that is inspired by urban planning processes for historic preservation.

Experience the elements of Chinatown starting at the Metropolitan Museum with powerful projection art. Tell us your own story of historic preservation by taking part in a temporary art installation that asks you to think about who decides what is historic and what should be saved. Then take a tour winding your way through the past and discover the history of downtown historic Chinatown.
