“A.R.T.E.R.Y." is a community outreach exhibition made possible by the collaborative efforts of the MSJC Art Gallery and the CFLC (California Family Life Center). With A.R.T.E.R.Y., local at-risk youth worked to create art that related to the theme of this year’s exhibit - “home.” Participants examined the this concept, in both real and abstract terms, not only through the visual arts, but also through writing in journals, which are displayed alongside the artwork.
