Active since 2000 and based primarily in Los Angeles, “Lucky Dragons” means any recorded/performed/installed/packaged/shared/suggested/imagined pieces made by Luke Fischbeck, Sarah Rara, and any sometime collaborators who claim the name. This performance will feature local musicians and artists that create performances connected with DIY artmaking, including Sumi Ink Club whose work with the public is still on exhibit in the Art Alliance Gallery until July 31.

Combining homemade instruments, video art, and music composition, a Lucky Dragons performance is a visceral affair featuring audience interaction.
