Reach Out, a non-profit agency in Upland, CA, is celebrating 40 years of strengthening communities! Through its various programs, Reach Out helps create sustainable change through early prevention and intervention and by strengthening connections in the community for students and their families. To help create awareness and to celebrate our 40th year, we are sponsoring a first time event at the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center on Saturday, April 24, 2010 from 10-3 p.m. The Chalk Art and Chocolate Celebration will feature several artists creating art in the courtyard of the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center. Live music, entertainment and hands-on activities for the entire family will also be included. The art will be judged and prizes awarded and we are sure it will be a visual feast for all who stop by and watch these talented artists.
