If you think about it, California is a marvelous place. There’s unsurpassed scenic beauty, magnificent wine, gold rushes, motion pictures, fabulous cities, you name it. The surprising thing is that music has been written about all of it: “I Left My Heart In San Francisco”, “Sunset Boulevard”, “The Folsom Prison Blues” and even surfing with the Beach Boys. The Showtime All Stars Orchestra will be joining guests Derrik Lewis, star of the Palm Springs hit Musical Chairs; Renee Jensen, regional theater favorite; Jamie Snyder, star of The Most Happy Fella and HollyDazzle and Al Yankee, a beach boy at heart. We thought it would be fun to perform the music while showing videos illustrating this wonderful state. This is different. Don’t miss it!
