The original Roots-Punk Barnstormer, Jason Ringenberg maintains a prolific catalog, a stellar reputation as a wild performer, and an ability to change with the times. The Cow Punk Pioneer made his way from the Illinois prairie to Nashville and he changed the Nashville music scene for good. A whole lot of what's considered the current "Americana" scene would be inconceivable without Jason & the Scorchers. Jason is in the Country Music Hall of Fame. Totally retro. hilariously entertaining. Sourdough Slim is a hoot to say the least. From the moment this accordion squeezin' Will Rogers swaggers on stage, it's apparent to everyone that they're in for a rollicking good time. Ten gallon funny-man Sourdough Slim transports us to a whimsical world where vaudevillian camp and cowboy lore intermingle to produce grins galore.
