Basic residential kitchen design and remodeling from concept to installation. Covers materials, appliances, color schemes, code requirements and basic kitchen layouts. Comparative information provided on institutional and commercial kitchens, but emphasis is on residential. Supply list will be sent out upon enrollment. Prerequisite: Art X461.3, Drafting I.
