14th Annual Tour and Taste Fundraiser

RIVERSIDE, CA - Riverside Museum Associates presents its 14th Annual Tour and Taste benefit from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2009 at the Riverside Metropolitan Museum, located at 3580 Mission Inn Ave. A sampling of Riverside's finest restaurants and caterers will offer selections of food and beverages for visitors as they tour the current exhibits on display at the museum. This year’s featured restaurants include: Back to the Grind, Ciao Bella Ristorante, Citrus City Grille, Cuban Café, Mario’s Place, McGrath’s Catering, Olio’s Ristorante, Phood on Main, Saffron’s, Sevilla’s, Simple Simon’s, Table for Two, and Trilussa. While sampling food and beverages, guests will have the chance to view the museum’s exhibits which feature Riverside’s citrus history, natural history, “Artists Declare”, “Riverside’s Camp Anza”, and “Reading the Walls: The Struggle of the Haradas, a Japanese American Family.” Tickets for Tour and Taste are $35 per person and sponsorships are available. Proceeds from the event will go to benefit the Riverside Metropolitan Museum and its programs. For more information or to make a reservation, call (951) 826-5273.
