Featuring the Valley Winds Community Concert Band Director, Tom M. Hrbacek A American Tradition From colonial times to the present day, concert bands have been an integral part of America's communities. Sponsored by Mt. San Jacinto College, the Valley Winds Community Concert Band continues that tradition in the greater Temecula Valley. We are a true Community Concert Band featuring woodwinds, brass and percussion. Our 60-plus members come from all regions of Southwest Riverside and North San Diego counties and represent all ages and walks of life. The Valley Winds Community Concert Band performs a wide range of musical styles for a variety of occassions including modern band classics, marches, jazz, show tunes, patriotic and seasonal favorites. Autumn Delights will be an evening of pure listening pleasure. Featured selections will include music by famed composers Darius Milhaud, James Curnow, James Swearingen and the "March King," John Philip Sousa. Plus, a little Jazz and some Broadway highlights.
