Country music is alive and well in Temecula and you’re gonna LOVE what you hear. Have you ever wondered how LeAnn Rimes, Garth Brooks, Taylor Swift or Toby Keith got started? The producers of “Temecula Live!” are proud to introduce a new venue for country music. COUNTRY AT THE MERC is a live country music show in a friendly, professional, stay-a-while atmosphere where you can feel at home and get to know the performers and the band. Drop in musicians from the national scene will be a standard feature as well as special event performances. Modeled after the local “Oprys” all through Arizona, Texas and the South West, performers will be auditioned to appear each week, backed up by “The Ranch Rockers”, giving local talent and budding artists a place to ply their craft and fill the air with hand clapping, boot stomping music. Auditions will be held at the end of each show. Those wishing to audition can contact: audition@temeculalive.org. Performances: Saturdays at 7pm and 9pm Tickets: $15 *Due to mature subject matter, parental discretion is advised -- 9pm performances only.

      Went looking for something to do on Saturday night and found Country at the Merc. It was sooo much fun.I am not even a country music lover.Great show
