Riverside's new Christmas tradition returns this year, and it's better than ever. Hollydazzle, Performance Riverside's crowd-pleasing Christmas extravaganza, features the artistic and technical wizardry of Performance Riverside's most creative artists and famous Riverside Community College Marching Tigers in a wild, fun-filled, and unapologetically sentimental salute to the holiday season.  This magical show, is produced by Rey O'Day, directed and choreographed by John Vaughan, and musically directed by Scott T. Smith, with a script by Christopher Leonard and musical arrangements by Douglas Austin. This year's production of Hollydazzle follows the merry adventures of Santa's elves at Elf Camp where they study the many tasks that make a good elf: Tree Trimming, Santa Soothing, Reindeer Riding, Merry Making, Candy Creating and more!  These Elf Events make up the Elf Decathlon as groups of elves from around the world compete before Santa to win a gold medal at the Elflympics.  Enjoy the many trails and adventures as Elf Captain Barker puts us through a holiday musical romp that is fun for the whole family.  Smiles abound with much audience participation and interatction, including a Christmas Conga and visit with Old Saint Nick himself!  Returning to Hollydazzle are the RCC Marching Tigers, under the director of Gary Locke, and the award-winning Fantasia Dance and Drill.  The Marching Tigers were featured on ABC's Good Morning America in the opening ceremony of the 2007 Riverside Festival of Lights and is the only band to have headlined all major holiday parades: Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, Hollywood Christmas Parade, and the Tournament of Roses.  The band has performed throughout the world and have a notable list of movie and television credits.
