Africa and its Diaspora unite through dance in a spectacular display of high-energy choreography in the evening-length performance “The Scales of Memory”. This cross-cultural event combines the talent of seven dancers from the all-female company URBAN BUSH WOMEN from the United States and seven dynamic men from COMPAGNIE JANT-BI, Senegal. The compelling artistic collaboration will focus on themes of differing cultural landscapes and artistic exchange.
