All that Glitters Gallery Walk

Visitors are invited to join Curator of History Michele Nielsen for a gallery walk in the new history exhibit, “All That Glitters: A Century of Razzle-Dazzle,” at the San Bernardino County Museum on Sunday, February 17 at 2:00 p.m. This presentation is free with museum admission. “All That Glitters” is showing in the Fisk Gallery until June 15. “This exhibit features artifacts from the history division’s permanent collections including jewelry and accessories used as adornment from the 1840s into the 1940s,” said Nielsen. “All that glitters may not be jewelry alone, and not all of our artifacts in this exhibit glitter, but they have important historic meaning, as visitors will discover.” Visitors will be able to explore the collection with Nielsen, and learn more about the history behind the sparkle of historic jewelry, accessories, and clothing.
