The Corona Art Association will host their first general meeting of 2007/2008 on Sept. 11th at 7pm. The meeting will be held in the ART HOUSE GALLERY, 510 W. Foothill Parkway (one block W. of Main St) at Corona Heritage Park. We are honored to have internationally known Fallbrook artist Jack Ragland demonstrate. His passion and reverence for life vibrate in his oil and acrylic paintings of landscapes, figures, animals and florals. Each work scintillates with radiant color and exuberant brush work. His artisitic career has been followed in newspaper, magazines, on television and in special publications including a feature in American Artist in Oct. 1993. Out of several thousand contestants, Jack was one of the top three artists selected in the "Next Great American Artist Contest" sponsored by Kirkland Home.
