The Gneiss Poetry Series presents readings by Robert Thomas and Gayle Brandeis. Mr. Thomas, of South San Francisco, is the author of "Dragging The Lake", published in February 2006 by Carnegie Mellon University Press. Ms. Brandeis wrote "Fruitflesh: Seeds of Inspiration for Women Who Write"; "The Book of Dead Birds: A Novel," and the forthcoming novel "Self Storage."
