"Fleeting Thoughts: Mr. Henderson's 3AM" is a mysterious romp that artfully employs dance to investigate the illogic events surrounding Mr. Henderson’s suspicious activities. Celebrated dance-theatre artist, Jane Comfort, creates a kinetic painting using movement in the exploration of timing and spatial relationships while adding liminal vocalizations that suggest a suspenseful, dreamlike adventure. Joan La Barbara composed the music that she sings live with the performers. She uses her unique vocabulary of experimental and extended vocal techniques like multiphonics, circular singing, ululation and glottal clicks to bridge the line between text and song.
