 erside affiliated with the Riverside Art Museum and the Riverside Arts Cou
 ncil\, will have its 5th annual Paint-Out Week from Saturday\, Feb. 20 thr
 ough Feb. 28\, 2010. Artists will paint in plein air by recreating various
  scenes along the beautiful historic Mission Inn Avenue in Riverside and s
 urrounding areas throughout the week. Artists will follow in the tradition
  of the French Impressionists and capture light and air of the scenes in f
 ront of them. On Feb. 27\, 2010\, from 9am to 11:30am\, there will be a &l
 dquo\;Quick Draw&rdquo\; with an award ceremony at noon\, judge Ed Sotello
 . Prizes and ribbons will be awarded\, followed by a wet painting sale at 
 the Riverside Plaza in front of the Riverside Arts Project Gallery. Each a
 rtist will be able to exhibit at the Riverside Arts Project Gallery one pi
 ece of artwork painted during the 9 day event and their quick draw paintin
 g of the Riverside Plaza. The exhibit will be from Mar. 5 through May 5\, 
 2010. The exhibition will be judged by William Wray\, cash and product pri
 zes in the amount of $5000.00 will be awarded for the event. A Gala and Aw
 ards Ceremony will be Sat. Mar. 6\, 2010. For Artists a prospectus can be
